Spring time can stir us to clean and clear our external living spaces. We find ourselves clearing our homes and gardens to make space for new life to flourish.

Another great practice for making a shift to a healthy diet is to start reading food labels. It’s the ingredients not the calorie count that is important. Ask –Is this in its natural state? If there are too many ingredients to read it in 5 secs or if you need a chemistry degree to understand them it’s probably best to avoid it 😉

~ Meditation before bed?
Take time to connect. A simple and powerful way to connect is breathing deeply with awareness. Connecting with your breath is the way into a meditive space. Expanding your belly as you inhale, bringing your belly in as you exhale. If your mind wanders, come back to focusing on your breath.
~ Expanding out
Try extending this awareness to the land around you. By picking up litter and supporting your local environment you are contribuiting to the health of your community!
