Happy New 2019 ✨
After the busy festive period it is helpful to take some time to reflect and get clear for the new calendar year. It is a powerful time for creating our dreams.
The health and happiness of ourselves and our loved ones is fundamental in our dreams and out lives our material disires. Our health and happiness is what makes us wealthy.
What are your visions for your health and happiness in 2019?
Our ideas can be inspired by the concept of New Years resolutions.
A resolution is a clear intent after consideration. Then a decision is finalised. Commitment carries it forward into reality. The word also has the suggestion of coming back to a solution.
Awareness + intention + commitment = conscious change
With this understanding resolutions can be a powerful tool for transformation.
What are your past New Years resolutions that changed your life?
There are two I remember very clearly, 1997 and 2000. 1st January 1997 was the day I committed to making the change I wanted since I was a little girl. To stop eating animals. 1st January 2000 I stopped eating dairy too. Those two resolutions changed my life, my health and had a ripple effect into the world.
It did have challenges for sure and triggered others to react often in very negative ways. As I knew for sure it was right for me I had the strength to keep my commitment until it integrated fully into my life.
January is a powerful time to make commitments that reflect who we really are and what is most important to us right now. Whatever it is, it has the potential to change your life and the world.
We need to led the way.
